I do agree and thank you for your prompt response. Maybe, I was being too
obsessed of such PRs. I just hope, though, hopefully the wiki link and
CONTRIBUTING.md are exposed more in any way, at least, to hopefully reduce ,
for example, the overhead of looking though and changing the {{Affects
Version/s}} appropriately or setting the {{Priority}} correct. Of course, there
would be potentially better approaches.

At least, I am the one who likes this idea but if you don't incline to this, I
wouldn't mind closing this ticket if you think we should think further of a
better approach since this JIRA describes some explicit ways rather than
general proposal for intriguing people to read both CONTRIBUTING.md and wiki.
I would like to close this if there is no other opinions or a PR for coming few
days.
