It's not a standard AMI. Also, we can't do a one-time copy to the
{{cn-north-1}} region because over time we will update the AMIs and will need
to publish the updates to all supported regions.
If you can point me to some documentation or forum threads from Amazon on how
to handle this region, I'll gladly look into it further. Otherwise, we might
just have to leave this region as unsupported for the time being.
