Can we define the standard of correctness issue? A command works before but
fails now, is a breaking change, but not a correctness issue. AFAIK correctness
issue is users getting wrong results silently.
If this is a correctness issue, then this is a long-standing one as *ALL* data
sources tables do not support LOAD TABLE.
