I applied the patch in r614488, but left the issue open as a blocker, since the
2.1.1 RM should release annotations first so that we have a non-snapshot
version of 1.0.3.
The next FAQ will be: "Where do I get a copy of
struts-annotations-1.0.3-SNAPSHOT?".
Answer: Change to struts-current/maven/struts-annotations and invoke "mvn
install".
