Maybe we need a way to ignore logging for these/system keys.
(ParametersInterceptor struts.token.name also)
String globalFormat = tp.getText(dateTagProperty, "Ignore Warnings:true/false");
or key "starts with" but would require more code.
struts.date.format= other than suppressing the message stops the package
scanning thing.
