Another option is to put {{struts.date.format}} somewhere else.
struts.properties? After all its not really an I18n.
or
I added an additional method getLocalDateFormats(..) for
java.time.format.DateTimeFormatter. I cannot see how this override would
work/make sense here. So just remove the lookup/override.
