[~hitesh] The task attempt counters is recovered from TaskFinishedEvent which
is already done, for this jira I just recover the DAGCounter (like
TOTAL_LAUNCHED_TASKS, NUM_FAILED_TASKS, NUM_KILLED_TASKS ). And for the unit
test, I was thinking that maybe I should increment a customized counter in
processor and verify that it is the same in recovery and no-recovery.
