If you look at the tests in question, none of them should take more than a
second to run. Also, even if you add a sleep(5000) in one of the unit tests,
only one test should fail.
The errors usually seen is that there is no test report output from
TestVertexImpl at all. I believe [~bikassaha] saw a few that happened in a
recent pre-commit build he can point you to so as to get an idea on the failure
issue.
