Upload one new patch to solve 2 new issues in TestVertexImpl. Besides the issue
in TestVertexImpl#testInputInitializerEvents mentioned above, find 2 new issues
* testVertexWithInitializerParallelismSetTo0
* testInputInitializerVertexStateUpdates
Comments in the patch have more info about what is the issue. Run it on ubuntu
many times, no more issue.
