Thanks [#Hitesh Shah]. I can only find V_TASK_LAUNCHED when Tasks goes into
Running state. Then I send V_TASK_LAUNCHED to Vertex notifying a task has
launched. We can get runningTaskCount simply by
launchedTaskCount-completedTaskCount.
Patch Updated, please review it.
