Thanks. I don't think users will want to change their code to use LocalMode vs
regular submissions. We'll have to use a mechanism to choose this based on
Configuration.
Also, this will have to work via Sessions as well - since that's the main API
used by Hive and I believe Pig as well.
Will look at the rest of the patch in terms of functionality.
