Changed keys
tez.task.merge.progress.records - tez.runtime.merge.progress.records
All configs related to memory scaling
Some parameter name changes
- COUNTER_LIMITS related parameters
- Almost all *_DEFAULT parameter names.
- All config parameters related to memory scaling
Most of these should not affect any users, but will call them out in
CHANGES.txt anyway.
