Updated patch, ready for review. [~bikassaha], [~hitesh], [~hagleitn],
[~rohini] - could you please take a look.
The patch is already fairly big so I haven't modified all the examples etc to
use it. Will do that as part of a separate jira. The patch contains one
modified example.
Also haven't disabled the old mechanism of configuration just yet - may do that
in the follow up jira as well. This depends on what people think. One approach
is to allow the old approach to continue to work, but have all examples use the
new approach - which serves as a hint to new uesrs of Tez. Has the advantage of
allowing Hive and Pig to keep working without drastic changes - but the
disadvantage that the payloads will be large, and we won't be able to change
serialization formats in the future.
