I am not addressing any existing issues/improvements in code in this patch.
(eg. comments on sleep values etc).
AMConfig is basically a convenience object to hold related data in one place.
Thats why the logic is the API method (where the @nullable is exposed and needs
to be handled) for clear exceptions.
Will try addressing the rest of the comments.
