Are there any issues with using the regular DAGClient (other than the RPC cost
and the YARN logic that may need to be deactivated under local mode). There is
considerable code duplication in the patch from LocalDAGClient. Any ideas on
reducing the code duplication? It can be a constant source of issues for future
DAGClient code changes.
