Modified astats_over_http to report the speed of all network interfaces.
astats_over_http did not correctly report the interface speed of hosts not
using bonding. Also, since interface name is passed to astats, it is not
necessary to read the bonding_masters file.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/jrushford/incubator-trafficcontrol
astats_getspeed
