after a test with help from Leif, it works, and here is the config steps:
15:23 <@zwoop_air> 1) Add a remap rule, e.g.

15:23 <@zwoop_air> CONFIG proxy.config.url_remap.remap_required INT 0

it will work in forward proxy mode and map gooogle.com to www.ogre.com. thanks
