Rate: $45-47/hr SAP CRM ANALYST Senior Level - at least 6 years experience in the specified skill set Major Responsibilities (essential job functions, scope of the job etc.): The responsibilities of this position are to define and develop a comprehensive data model for the SAP CRM system. The candidate must be able to take requirements and logical models and translate them into physical mapping to data structures and tables into the CRM system.. Other responsibilities include : Work closely with the business and IT teams in refining any additional business requirements. Research and resolve any technical data mapping challenges and document possible solutions. Identify and document any gaps discovered during the data mapping exercise. Provide estimates for various pieces of the project. Help coordinate data cleanup activities within several different business and IT teams. Required Skills/Experience: Must have at least 5+ years experience in the implementation of SAP CRM solutions. Must have worked on at least two complete CRM project implementations. Must have knowledge of CRM table structures as they relate to o business partner o contacts o agreements o campaign management o Interaction center Must have functional and configuration experience with those same components of CRM Experience writing (samples would be terrific) SAP design documents based on customer requirements. Clear and concise communication skills are extremely important. Experience developing business partner models with both direct-to-consumer and dealer network business models Must have experience working on large projects in a multi-team environment. Experience aligning business partner hierarchies with transactional information from ECC. Desired skills/education/experience/attributes (ideal candidate): Certification and/or formal training in SAP CRM.
