Skills: Proficient in C/C+/C#. Experience with DSP systems and Algorithm Development. Thorough understanding of control systems, PID loops, and driver development for a Windows CE environment. Must be capable of creating new custom hardware device drivers for the Windows CE operating system and generating new images of Windows CE from SBC BSPS and custom drivers. Excellent communication skills. Must have experience programming microprocessors in real-time applications and in developing user interface applications. Demonstrated ability to take a product from inception to production. Ideal candidate will be self-motivated and skilled in the design and implementation of control programs in a microprocessor and/or DSP environment. Fluent in C/C+/C# and capable of writing in Assembler or VHDL when necessary. Experience with Matlab / Simulink is a plus. Experience with Atmel Cyclone III, DSP_Builder and Quartus a plus. Experience with development of Windows CE drivers a plus. Experience with user-level interface a plus. Takes product from inception to production, has excellent communication skills, attention to detail and able to foster good working relationships with colleagues. Duties: Create and maintain documentation of designs including: theory of operation, block-level diagrams, API's, well commented source code, revision control, and build procedures. Design user interfaces to be intuitive and author user operational manuals/materials. Interface with marketing and production. Create support documentation including medical 510(k) filings. Develop control schemes to be run on microprocessor and/or DSP and/or FPGA and/or DSP based systems.
