Primary responsibilities included: application design, application development and maintenance and support of software systems. This individual must be detail oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. *Duties and Responsibilities:* * Designs, modifies and develops software applications. * Debugging of application code for observed functionality issues. * Supports and installs software applications/operating systems. * Responsible for maintenance and update of software applications. * Designs and develops software program for websites. *Qualifications:* 1. BA/BS degree (or equivalent) required (Computer Science, Business or related field), or equivalent work experience. 2. 0-3 years of software development experience. 3. Knowledge of commonly used business systems concepts, practices and procedures. 4. Prior experience with Microsoft Office products, Windows and Web application. 5. Strong verbal and written communication skills including grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. Knowledge pertaining to Visual Basic, C#, and SQL Server. 2. Analytical and systematic approach to software testing. 3. Strong organization and team building skills. 4. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Highly organized with strong interpersonal and prioritization skills. 6. Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines. 7. Strong follow-through on projects and duties. 8. Aptitude to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently. 9. Ability to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events and capability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands. 10. Reliable attendance and punctuality a must. 11.
