Responsibilities include research and development of new technology and engineering best practices, as well as the implementation of complex and comprehensive solutions for enterprise and Line of Business applications. Responsibilities: The Sr. Storage Engineer will act as a technical member of the Global eLab Services team in DTS, with specific responsibility and focus on storage product and pattern certification, solution testing and development, and application integration. The duties will include a combination of product and solution testing, technical assessments, deployment implementation recommendations, regression testing, technical problem resolution, competitive analysis using the DTS Lab facility, project planning, standards validation/development, and presentation to peers / management. The key focus areas for this role include: - Storage Product / Pattern Certification - Execution of Storage Engineering POC and certification test requirements. Provide feedback on standards, architecture designs and best practices. Ensure all internal audit compliance. Provide all necessary build/operate documentation - Storage Product Maintenance - Develop and deliver upon a strategy for maintenance of existing storage products and patterns.
