Location: Atlanta,GA 1) 8-10 years of experience, with at least the last 3-5 years as senior/lead DBA with major responsibilities in a large/challenging database environment. 2) Hands on experience with Oracle 10g/11g, Oracle Grid Control, PL/SQL, Oracle RAC, Oracle Active Data Guard, Golden Gate Replication, and other Oracle Products. 3) Experience in supporting Oracle databases on Unix, and Linux environments. Hands on RDBMS migration from Sybase to Oracle is a plus. 4) Willingness to work on-call DBA rotations in a 24x7 environment, and expected to handle a mix of database management and engineering responsibilities 5) Hands on Unix and System administration skills as relates to RDBMS (SUN/Solaris and Linux/Red Hat)). Experience with Unix and Perl Scripts is a plus. 6) Understanding of file system and storage concepts, and relevant working experience as required for performing database administration and engineering functions. Knowledge and experience with volume management and cluster-based systems and related product/tool suites (e.g., Veritas). 7) Familiarity and knowledge of storage technologies and architectures (SAN, NAS).
