*Duration: 6 months plus* *Client: Accenture/Royal Caribbean* As a Product Owner, you will work with internal and external Stakeholders to create the vision and define the value desired for the product. You will work with a cross-functional development team to deliver high quality product based on the vision and values. Holding the ultimate accountability for the product definition that best meets the needs of the business, you will bring your strong leadership and organizational skills to bear to maintain a steady release plan for the product. Responsibilities: Defines the product vision, roadmap, and release plan. Scopes what should and should not be on the product roadmap. Creates and refines product backlog items and their acceptance criteria Unpacks product backlog items, with assistance from the delivery team, into the right size packages of value product. Develops user personas. Prioritizes product backlog items; with a focus on demonstrating product value early and continuously. Continue to learn from whatever you do; show your end customers what you have done as fast as you can Coordinates with other Product Owners to ensure cross-team coordination Collaborates with Stakeholders to deliver the highest value items at the earliest possible moment Ensures that the product being developed satisfies the customer needs and demands Determines if completed enhancements are accepted for inclusion in a future product release Engages with the delivery team to commit backlog items to sprint deliverables (collaborate on what gets put in each iteration) Takes an idea or piece of functionality and guides it to completion.
