We are looking for *6* *Senior PL**/SQL Developer – Performance Tuning** *in * NJ *location. ** *Location –** *Lawrenceville, NJ** *Interview is phone screen followed by a required a face-to-face interview.* *Responsibilities: * · Sr. PL/SQL Developer, working with a development team, responsible for developing and maintaining Oracle PL/SQL applications and database programming in client server and web environments. · Perform system configuration and business analysis for the database PL/SQL applications · Review and sign-off on technical high level designs, lead detailed designs and software implementation, participate in design reviews and code reviews, ensure unit testing and integration testing, facilitate code delivery to production environments, analyze trouble tickets, and resolve operation issues. · Perform performance tuning services for PL/SQL applications · Design, develop and implement Oracle PL/SQL applications · Provide quality operations support for production environment · Investigate and resolve external production tickets and internal QA tickets · Setup, tune, and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed. · Work with QA and provide support to provide timely technical resolutions for defects. · Adhere to established coding standards and adopt to the software development Methodologies in compliance with the established SDLC process flow. *Qualifications: * *Required:* - 6+ years -tier IT development experience as a PL/SQL Developer - Superior PL/SQL query performance tuning experience including detailed analysis of query execution plans, query optimization and real-time performance improvement strategies - Oracle 10G (11 G exposure a plus) - Unix and shell programming experience - Data analysis skills - Knowledge of Database Architecture - Knowledge of programming language(s), software development tools and environment(s) and systems analysis and functional design, along with a thorough knowledge of relational database concepts and design, data modeling and system architecture. - Desired: - Experience working with Informatica - Financial Services industry knowledge. - Financial performance calculations knowledge. - Good understanding of OOA/OOP, web-based technology, and experience with BEA WebLogic. - Knowledge or experience working with Java technologies. ** *Send matching candidate with contact #, rate and availability date to [email protected] / [email protected] * * * Thanks, Milap Technical Recruiter cyberThink Inc [email protected] [email protected] 877-223-7153 x 623 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "it req" group.
