*we are seeking someone at the Analyst level who has experience w/ KPI,
Metric, VMWare or Cloud or VDI.*



*This is more of an overview of the role as well as a discussion about your
KPI, Metric, ITIL, and SLA exp. Client is NOT looking for someone who is
heavy w/ management/supervising experience, rather, they want a senior
analyst who has demonstrated experience/knowledge working with
VMware/VDI/Cloud technologies. In addition, must have experience working w/
KPI’s and Metric and be ITIL Intermediate Certified (Service Operation,
Operational Support & Analysis, etc.). Again, this is an analytical
position with a focus on implementing new
strategies/methodologies/processes in a growing ITIL environment.*



We are not looking for folks at the Management Level!!!!!!!!!!



Service Management Analyst in San Antonio, Texas.   The candidate must have
at least 4+ Years of ITIL and/or IT Service Management experience; have
demonstrated Service Management knowledge in key ITSM processes including
Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level
Management and Knowledge Management.  The successful candidate must have a
proven track record of developing and providing SLAs, implementing best
practices, and implementing quality guidelines and procedures.  The
candidate must possess an ITIL v3 Certification and must have working
knowledge of ITIL and process design.  The ideal candidate must have
excellent analytical, problem solving and trend analysis skills, an
understanding of Cloud and Hosting technologies, and excellent conflict
management and problem solving skills.



High skill level and experience is required for the following:

·        Knowledge and experience in cross-functional management methods
and techniques

·        Strong interpersonal skills - ability to partner with client and
internal stakeholders to develop relationships

·        Current ITIL v3 Certification and related enterprise experience
(Intermediate heavily preferred)

·        Demonstrated strong Service Management knowledge in key ITSM
processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change
Management, Service Level Management and Knowledge Management

·        Conflict management and problem solving skills

·        Proven track record of developing and providing SLAs and Service
Desk deliverables, implementing best practices, and implementing quality
guidelines and procedures



Medium skill level and experience is required for the following:

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office

·        Proficient in Microsoft Visio



Low skill level and experience is required for the following:

·        Proficient in Microsoft Project

·        Linux and Windows System Administration Skills (desired:
Microsoft Windows / Red Hat Linux)

·        Knowledge of Virtualization Environments / Configurations (desired:
VMware)

·        Knowledge of Website design
