Dari dulu [sejak RHEL 3] juga free u/ source codenya, yg nggak free adalah PENGGUNAAN logo & embel-2x RedHat. Ini strategi jitu dari RH, karena ia sudah punya "big name", it means "big fans" equal to "big bucks" ;-) Jadi kalo kita mau bikin binary dari source RHEL, kita dilarang menggunakan nama, logo, embel-2x RH Walaupun distro spt CentOS & White Box pake source code dari RHEL, coba test tanya ke bos Anda, lebih pilih mana antara RHEL atau CentOS? Pengalaman saya membuktikan tetap RHEL yg dipilih !!
