XL 125 MB? Wassalam aja :P Kemungkinan besar file itu besar karena XL menyimpan history semua data yang pernah ada. Coba select semua cell yang berisi data (non-blank) lalu copy-paste ke sheet baru. Lakukan berulang kali jika file terdiri dari beberapa worksheet.
