Pengennya sih gitu, Pak. Tapi sayangnya masih tetep jadi karyawan, bikin report, ikutin perintah bos, dll :)
Beberapa perusahaan kan, proses rekruitment gak harus 100% lewat HRD. Ada yg ngasih bebebasan tiap divisi buat cari sendiri orangnya (sebelumnya dah approve sama HRD kalo mau tambah orang), jadi seleksi dll dilakuin sama divisi itu sendiri termasuk gaji misalnya. Kalo dah selesai, baru 'dilempar' ke HRD untuk bikin kontrak kerja dll.
