ulang...soalnya dibagian
acl macaddress arp ...
http_access allow macadress
http_access deny all
itu beda tulisannya (macaddress dan macadress), mungkin masalahnya itu.

Kalau saya baca Readmenya, Proxy under Windows tersebut memang sudah
support mac address, berikut isi dari file README tsb.

Tetapi kenapa tetap ngga' bisa ya ???...
Untuk memaksa user agar melalui proxy juga sepertinya belum bisa saya
terapkan, karena mungkin jawaban yang sudah diposting adalah untuk Linux.
