Kalau itu virus, harusny menginfeksi laptop dan harusny terdeteksi di antivirus..Tapi rusakny pas mw ngeprint ya?Memang ada beberapa virus yg justru "ngusilin" bag printing, sebaikny update antivirus dan scan komp yg g bs ngeprint itu.mengenai bluescreen, justru "kata kunci"nya tidak Anda sebutkan seperti PEN_LIST_CORR UPT atau BAD_POOL_CALLER dll,mungkn bs dsebutkan?(CMIIW)
