1. export dulu contact dari MS outlook (untuk dapatkan formatnya saja) 2. simpan filenya selanjutnya 3. Isi datanya (copy - paste jika data sudah ada) namun jangan merubah format yang sudah ada. 4. jika sudah selesai simpan datanya 5. lakukan import seperti biasa.
