Masalahnya bukan di situ. Scan ke PDF, itu bisa berupa image, atau
berupa OCR. Kalau scan ke image, kemudian otomatis convert ke PDF, ini
yang tidak bisa di edit. Tapi kalau dari scan ke PDF-nya sudah di pilih
OCR, ini bisa di convert & di edit oleh Word, Excel, dsb.
Kalau anda punya scanner, pembuktiannya mudah, scan dari kertas dan
pilih OCR dan save as PDF dari software scanner (misalnya Adobe
Acrobat). Kemudian convert PDF ke Word.
