Is there a way to block the saving of a PDF? I have already checked the archives and saw one suggestion which is to use 40 but encryption. We are already using this method to block printing but it has no effect on the saving of the document. Any ideas?
As Bruno notes, there is no way to prevent ANYTHING on the Internet from being saved - it has to be downloaded to the users computer before it can be processed!
So the real question is..."What type of digitial rights do you REALLY want to attach to the PDF?" Have you looked at solutions such as FileOpen (http://www.fileopen.com)?
