experience/knowledge.
You mean manually using Adobe Acrobat to do it, or with a text editor? If so, it is pretty straightforward...
Or are you talking about writing software to compare two PDF documents? If so, it is quite a complex thing to implement correctly due to how PDF works....I've attempted multiple attempts to solve the problem and it is certainly solvable but each options has pros and cons...
