It's trivial to get the other boxes. To get the art box, for example:

PdfReader reader = ...; 
PdfDictionary page = reader.getPageN(1);
PdfArray artBox = (PdfArray)PdfReader.getPdfObject(page.get(PdfName.ARTBOX));
Rectangle rect = null;
if (artBox != null)
    rect = PdfReader.getNormalizedRectangle(artBox);
