I am trying to combine pre-separated PDF-Pages (CMYK) to get a single-page composite-PDF.
That's a MAJOR piece of engineering - especially if the pages contain non-raster data...Have you already worked out the logic you are going to use to perform the object matching?
Even so, iText is not the library for you - it doesn't have the level of capability that you need. The only open source Java library that can help you would be Multivalent.
