I'm working for EDF (French unique electricity productor) for a direction using about 30 000 PC.
We are using an application développed by Hyperion witch use iText.jar module for "print preveiw" with Acrobat.
This application works very well in the following environnement :
- Windows NT + IE5 + Acrobat 5 ;
- Windows 2000 + IE5 + Acrobat 5;
- Wndws XP + IE6 + Acrobat 7 ;
- ...
but when we try to print preveiw on PC Win 2000 + IE6 + Acrobat 5, the message box you can see in the attached file appears.
Then I select "Open" ("Ouvrir") and the second message box in the attached file appars.
I have to select "Acrobat Reder 5.0" and click "OK" button to open the Acrobat window.
Have you heard about such problems usind iText.jar ?
