The image sample is attached and it was built with this settings:
CodeColumns = 22
Options = BarcodePDF417.PDF417_FORCE_BINARY +
BarcodePDF417.PDF417_FIXED_COLUMNS;
1083 bytes were written using byte compaction mode.
