Different fonts have different font metrics.
In a font, there are glyphs (the shapes that are drawn),
and there are metrics (the boundaries iText uses to decide
if a glyphs fits). Metrics can be greater or smaller than
the space needed to draw the glyphs. It all depends on your font.
