Acrobat/Reader 4.0 is SO OLD at this point that all bets are  
off...Also, be aware that 4.0 had a LOT OF BUGS - so many that the  
4.1 update wasn't distributed online, only via disk, because of the  
size (and equivalent bandwidth at the time).
