Ok...all right...I was very stupid...You were right....I downloaded the
latest source code and I added the new SimpleBookmark.cs
I Built the project and this time some of the bookmarks is working, but in
the wrong place. Well...The first 5 bookmarks are not working at
all...others jump to a section in the pdf...but the wrong one...there's
still something wrong....
What you fixed is the way the bookmark refers to the page?
