I'm sorry, it has been a long while since I needed CVS, and I tend to forget things I no longer need. Normally I make sure that I document everything before 'cleaning my brain,' but in this case, I documented everything in Dutch (and apparently I was still working with IntelliJ back then, so the info is very, very old).
