The import functionality is stable, but does not handle all scenarios. For
instance, you cannot currently import a document into another element. This is
in development though. No one has reported any bugs or failures to date that
I'm aware of.
The convert functionality on the other hand, is incomplete and results may vary
depending on the input.

I red on itext site under Importing RTF documents that the importRtfFragment
method is stable, the importRtfDocument should currently be considered alpha
quality code.
I don't find any example or tutorial that explain how to use importRtfFragment
Someone can give me more information or sample code
