That's OK, nevertheless: isn't it strange that you are first asking
developers with whom there is no business relationship to fix something
BEFORE you're asking a company you're paying to fix the problem?

Please suggest to the board that they should consider buying an iText
license to make sure they get priority support:

(For example: an instant fix for the problem you're experiencing.)
