In the subject you talk about XFA.
In this message you talk about AcroFields.

Either you have an XFA form, or you have an AcroForm.
If you have an XFA form, you can't flatten it, can you?
Please read http://itextpdf.com/book for more info.

Thx for the quick response!! :D

I have a form, dont know if its AcroForm or XFA, all i know is that i have
AcroFields that need to be filled but its a contract(lots of them actually)
that has lots of spaces in the form, just like this:

...
XXXXX_____XXX
XXX__________
__XXXXXXXXXX
...

So, whenever i filled the large blanks the text wasnt alligned properly and
couldnt get it done.
Then, i came through with a code to search controls inside a document, (this
is why i have those XFA lines inside my code)doing this i can search the
AcroFields and fill the blanks with innerText and the text is properly
alligned but i cant get to flatten it.

I dont know the theory or even what XFA is, but if i cant do it, what other
way can i just stop the user from editing it?

Thanks a lot!
