Its a common PDF that i have edited with Acrobat Professional 8 just to have
AcroFields in mode Design, that would be an AcroForm? If it is then im only
able to do what i explained before using some XFA code.
At first, the formflattenning=true did work, while i had none XFA lines of
code but i wasnt happy with the result of filling the blanks. Then, i added
those lines just to see if i could get it done and i did, but now
formflattenning=true doesnt work. Thats as far as i know, i would like to
answer your question, but im afraid i really cant answer that..perhaps its
turned into an XFA form with an AcroForm counter-part by code, the PDF file
that i edited to add the AcroFields had nothing special, just simple PDF
before editing.
