Stamps are annotations of which the appearance depends on the viewer.
In other words: there's no "moveTo, lineTo, stroke,..." syntax in the 
PDF, there's only an annotation dictionary containing the coordinates 
for the stamp.

If you want to flatten such annotations, you have to get the Annots from 
the page dictionary, get its coordinates, perform the necessary draw 
operations (you'll have to decide on the appearance of the stamp), and 
remove the annotation from the Annots.
