And you're not doing it correctly! Why do you do this: cb.AddTemplate(page1, 1, 1); and at the same time this: writer.AddPage(page1); That doesn't make sense. Also: why do you use PdfCopy? Are you sure you've read chapter 6 of the book? Your requirement calls for PdfStamper, not for PdfCopy!
