What Bruno is trying to say, is: 1. We don't know what your PDF file looks like. Put it somewhere on a public dropbox and provide a link. That would be nice of you. 2. If you cannot provide the PDF file because of confidentiality, then you should look into paid support. Sounds reasonable, doesn't it? 3.
