Does that mean that the section "Allowed actions for signed but uncertified
documents" from
http://wwwimages.adobe.com/www.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/devnet/reader/pdfs/readercomp_digitalsignatures.pdf
does not hold anymore?
